Account Manager for Electronics & Precision Engineering in Luzern – Full Time

Job Description

This role is focused on fostering growth by merging technology with impactful real-world applications. The responsibility involves managing accounts within a specific region, with the aim of transforming customer demands into valuable solutions within a global, innovative space. Responsiblities

The primary responsibilities include active sales engagement with both new and existing clients across Central and Western Switzerland. Tasks involve customer acquisition, exploring new business opportunities, strategic account planning, and fostering design-in initiatives for new product introductions. Additionally, providing commercial and technical support to customers and enhancing market presence and brand recognition are critical duties.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a technical education in electrical engineering or electronics, coupled with proven field experience in the electrical engineering domain. At least three years of B2B sales experience in a technical context is required. Ideal candidates are bilingual in German and French, or proficient in German, French, and English, both spoken and written. Strong communication skills are essential to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
