Job Description

This position focuses on driving growth at the intersection of technology and real-world impact. The role involves taking ownership of accounts within a designated region and transforming customer needs into effective, high-value solutions. Responsiblities

This role includes engaging in active field sales to both existing and new customers across Central and Western regions of the country. The responsibilities include acquiring new customers and identifying business opportunities, developing account plans, driving design-in activities particularly for new product introductions, and providing commercial and technical customer support. Enhancing market penetration and raising brand awareness are also key duties.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess a technical education in electrical engineering or electronics with proven experience in the electrical engineering field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B field sales with technical clients is required. Proficiency ideally in both German and French or at least a good command of these languages, along with English, is essential. Good communication skills and the ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions effectively are important.
