Responsiblities

The role involves active field sales to both existing and new customers across Central and Western Switzerland. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients and exploring business opportunities, engaging in account planning and development, and driving design-in activities, particularly for new product introductions. The candidate will also provide both commercial and technical customer support, aiming to enhance market penetration and increase brand awareness.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have a technical education in electrical engineering or electronics, with proven professional experience in the electrical engineering sector. At least three years of B2B field sales experience with clients in technical areas is required. Ideally, candidates should be bilingual in German and French, or possess strong skills in German, French, and English, both spoken and written. Strong communication skills and the ability to identify customer needs to provide solutions are essential.
