Responsiblities

In this central role, you will significantly influence the direction of underwriting and pricing policies, aiding the development of globally applicable practices. Key tasks include assisting in the organization of underwriting frameworks, delivering expert reviews, and advising on complex cases. With a focus on using analytics, the goal is to enhance market consistency and results. Additionally, you will provide targeted training to elevate local expertise and conduct technical reviews to identify risk opportunities.

Required Qualifications

You should have 5+ years of experience in group pricing or scheme underwriting within life, disability, and health insurance. Actuarial training is beneficial. A strong foundation in data analytics is required, paired with the ability to convey technical insights clearly. Experience in multicultural environments is crucial, alongside proficiency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.
