A completed degree in IT is essential. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in IT Management with a solid background in IT Infrastructure. In-depth technical expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Networking, and ERP systems like Oracle and SAP is required. Hands-on experience with warehouse and manufacturing technologies such as printers and RF guns is necessary. The role demands strong project management skills and the ability to implement hardware and software systems effectively. Fluency in English is mandatory, with French or German skills being highly preferred. Ideal candidates will be resilient, flexible, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and coaching skills are essential, along with a willingness to work outside normal business hours.
