Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist where you’ll utilize your proficiency in English and German to deliver exceptional service. This dynamic role revolves around the logistics and container shipping industry, offering the chance to refine skills in managing customer relationships and logistics operations.

Responsiblities

You will engage with customers frequently via phone and email. Your role includes preparing precise shipping quotations tailored to client needs, managing bookings, ensuring equipment and space availability, coordinating with our documentation center for B/L instructions, and handling invoices and their tracing. Versatility is key as you may substitute roles related to import, export, cross trade, and logistics.

Required Qualifications

Fluency in both English and German is essential. Although not obligatory, knowledge of French and Mandarin is a plus. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in customer service within the container shipping or logistics domain. We value good coordination skills, a team-oriented mindset, effective communication, self-motivation, and flexibility. Proficiency in PC and MS Office applications is needed. Availability for full-time work is required, with hours from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
