A Customer Success Specialist is sought to become part of its expanding team in Zürich. This role involves taking ownership of customer accounts throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to continuous relationship management. The role also encompasses customer support responsibilities, ensuring all issues are efficiently resolved, thereby guaranteeing an outstanding customer experience. Acting as the trusted point of contact, the specialist will strive to maximize the value customers derive from the platform, ensuring they feel supported throughout the journey. Responsiblities
– Guide customers through the onboarding process, including setup, configuration, and training sessions. – Manage assigned customer accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships. – Identify opportunities for growth, adoption, and renewal, collaborating with sales on upsell initiatives. – Conduct tailored training sessions to meet specific customer needs. – Communicate effectively with customers, maintaining professionalism and clarity. – Provide support by troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them. – Utilize product expertise to support the team when required. – Prioritize tasks and interactions based on account significance and business impact.
Required Qualifications
– A predisposition for engaging with customers and establishing enduring relationships. – Experience as a Customer Success Specialist in a dynamic SaaS environment preferred. – Background or substantial understanding of information technology. – Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. – Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for customers. – Capable of working across customer success and support functions. – Ability to manage multiple accounts and handle competing priorities effectively.
