Job Description

Our organization is seeking a versatile IT Manager as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will oversee IT infrastructure and provide support to the team, ensuring systems run smoothly with minimal downtime. The role involves introducing new technologies to enhance security and efficiency.

Responsiblities

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructure, systems, and services, while providing leadership to the IT staff and coordinating with vendors. Tasks include ensuring optimal system operations, performing infrastructure validations, staying up-to-date with new technologies, and offering hands-on technical support. Other duties involve developing staff goals and reviewing IT policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a degree in IT and have at least 5 years of experience in IT management. Technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and ERP system support is required. Project management experience and strong command of the English language are essential, along with experience in manufacturing technologies and excellent leadership and communication skills.
