Job Description

Responsiblities

Lead digital transformation projects focused on global process harmonization and IT system implementation across various business functions. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are integrated harmoniously with process improvements and technology upgrades. Manage projects from initial concept through successful rollout and integration into the company’s framework. Align diverse international stakeholders, securing their support for global standards and solutions. Translate business needs into detailed project plans and objectives that deliver measurable outcomes. Serve as the key operational link between global functions, local markets, IT teams, and external collaborators, maintaining alignment and commitment. Proactively address change, risks, and dependencies within the project portfolio, ensuring effective communication, training, and market acceptance. Stay informed on emerging digital trends and technologies, assessing their relevance and potential for innovation in the organization.

Required Qualifications

Hold a higher education degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related area. Exhibit significant project management expertise with a blend of traditional and agile methodologies. Have experience leading global process harmonization and IT projects in multinational settings. Demonstrate a successful history of collaborating with local markets to align global initiatives with regional needs. Possess a proactive, pragmatic approach, focusing on achieving results and adding value. Exhibit excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication, capable of leading teams without having direct authority. Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
