Job Description

This role is designed to catalyze growth at the intersection of technology and its real-world applications. The focus is on managing accounts in a designated region, transforming customer needs into impactful solutions within a global and dynamic environment.

Responsiblities

The position requires active field sales, targeting both existing and potential customers within Central and Western Switzerland. Key duties include acquiring new customers, identifying business opportunities, and developing account plans. There is a strong emphasis on promoting novel products through design-in activities, alongside providing commercial and technical support to customers. Increasing market presence and enhancing brand recognition are also critical components.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a technical background in electrical engineering or electronics, demonstrating significant professional experience in this domain. A minimum of three years of B2B field sales experience with technical clients is necessary. Language proficiency in German and French, or strong abilities in German, French, and English (both oral and written) is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a knack for understanding and addressing customer needs are essential.
