Job Description

Responsiblities
Lead customers through the onboarding process, including setup, configuration, and training sessions. Manage customer accounts post-agreement, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Identify growth opportunities and collaborate on upsell initiatives. Customize training sessions for clients, ensuring communication is professional and timely in English and German. Provide practical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and work with internal teams to resolve problems. Offer product expertise and prioritize customer interactions based on strategic importance and business impact.
Required Qualifications
A person with a natural affinity for engaging with customers and building enduring relationships. Proven experience in customer success, preferably within a dynamic environment specializing in software services. A thorough understanding of information technology acquired through education or practice. Strong communication skills in both German and English. Ability to convey technical information clearly and simply. Strong focus on customer needs, with the ability to advocate effectively for users. Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and adaptable to shifting priorities.
