Job Description

This position is with a leading SaaS provider established in 2010, known for its innovative contact center and conversation recording solutions. Joining the team at the headquarters in Zürich means taking full ownership of customer accounts, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management. Responsiblities

Guide customers through onboarding, setup, and training sessions; Manage and nurture customer accounts post-signing, fostering enduring relationships; Identify growth opportunities with customers and collaborate with sales on upsell strategies; Provide tailored training to meet diverse customer needs; Communicate clearly and professionally in English and German; Troubleshoot issues and work with internal teams to ensure problem resolution; Share product expertise within the team as necessary; Prioritize tasks based on account size, strategic importance, and business impact.

Required Qualifications

An individual who thrives on building lasting customer relationships; Proven experience in customer success, preferably within a dynamic SaaS setting; Sound understanding of Information Technology, acquired through education, experience, or practice; Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken; Capable of explaining technical concepts simply and clearly; Customer-centric mindset, able to advocate for user needs while managing expectations; Comfortable juggling customer success and support tasks; Adept at managing multiple accounts and priorities.
