Responsiblities

Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis of companies on a local and international scale. Engage in credit risk underwriting and make pivotal limit decisions based on set guidelines. Formulate strategies for underwriting for principal buyer groups. Monitor and assess the credit quality continuously. Maintain active communication and visit key customers and potential risks regularly. Provide insightful analysis and reporting on industry sector trends. Coordinate effectively with the sales team and credit department.

Required Qualifications

Possess at least 8 years of experience in credit underwriting or a similar role. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as economics, finance, or business. Exhibit excellent communication, with a strong customer-first philosophy. Fluent in both German and English, with any additional languages as a bonus. Possess a strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrate the ability to make well-founded decisions. Comfortable in a growth-driven environment and open to transformation.
